Note: You will spend a lot of time on a bus. (4 hours driving there, 4 hours in Vancouver, and 4 hours driving back).
Either pack food, or allow time to buy and eat food in Vancouver.
Only light snacks will be provided on the bus.
We will travel in a comfortable bus from TRU to Metrotown.
The bus has a washroom/toilet onboard.
When we arrive at Metrotown, students can stay for shopping at Metropolis Shopping Centre, BC's largest shopping centre, or travel by Skytrain to downtown Vancouver.
Participants have free time in Vancouver to do what they like.
Each student will receive a Translink day-pass for unlimited travel on Vancouver buses, Skytrain, and Sea Bus (if they plan to leave the shopping mall)
It is recommended to travel in small groups of people who would like to visit the same places.
All students are responsible for meeting at the designated time and place for the return trip. The bus cannot wait, so don't be late.
