4:30pm Depart for TRU
5:00pm Arrive at TRU
Waivers
Waivers are required to participate in all LEAP events. Most activity providers include their own waiver as well. Please take time to review, understand, and sign the waiver(s) before paying for the activity. Waivers must be completed within 24 hours of booking or your booking may be cancelled. You must be at least 19 years of age to participate.

You must sign up for their RAMP Registration system to participate.
(must be done within 24 hours of booking)
RAMP Registration:
Step 1: Visit the
Registration Page, Select the package for your group, and click Register Now
Step 2: You will be redirected to the RAMP Website. If you already have a RAMP account, you may log in using the same credentials. If you do not have a RAMP account, Create a new RAMP Account. Save the login ID and your password for future use.
- Login to the ramp and add family members. You can add yourself as well as more members of the family. Adding at least 2 family members to the RAMP profile is critical as this information will serve as an emergency contact in the system
- Fill in the basic information such as name, contact, DOB, Address, etc.
- NCCP# and Respect in sports fields are not mandatory for Day trip participants.
- Save and submit the details.
- Repeat the process to add another family member.
Step 3: Go to register > Participant registration > Select family member (In this case the person participating in the day program)
- under a Category and Age Group choose: Private/Corporate/Team Building Programs
- Select the package for your group
Step 4: Read the CKC Image Consent Form, CKBC Waiver and Assumption of Risk (Age of Majority), Code of Conduct, and Ethics.
provide your content by selecting the appropriate checkbox and completing the signature in the given field.
Step 5: Select the parent/ guardian/Emergency Conract. Photograph upload is optional.
Step 6: Provide information about Medical concerns, including allergies and reactions, Emergency medications are required if applicable
Step 7: Confirm and submit the details. The payment for the day trip is not being processed through the RAMP hence the payment information section needs no action. The invoice will be billed to your respective organization.
Be Prepared!
- KCKC provides all the equipment and lifejackets
- KCKC DOES NOT provide drinking water. Please bring full water bottles for each paddler.
- Participants should bring 2 extra sets of spare clothes, as they will get wet. In case of rain, we will still be paddling; therefore, all paddlers should bring waterproof/rainproof jackets.
- KCKC reserves the right to change/cancel the planned activities according to weather. (High
- winds, thunderstorms, etc. No refund would be issued in case of cancellation due to a weather emergency
- KCKC staff reserves the right to change the scheduled program should the weather and lake conditions not meet safety standards for boating activities and for the participants. Should program changes occur, we have ball and running games ready for participants who want to stay active, and board games for other participants.
- ALL participants, teachers, and supervisors MUST complete the Waiver and Personal Health Form through RAMP.
Bring a water bottle and food. LEAP will bring extra drinking water, but no meals will be provided.
Tickets are non-refundable. Each person must book their own tickets and sign waivers.
