Decorate a keepsake box, notebook, or bring something of your own that you would like to transform with art.
Includes supplies, guided activity, and psychoeducation for participants about art therapy and the selected theme or focus, as well as referral to additional services.
Themes: self discovery & self-confidence
Participants are encouraged to bring their own materials if they wish, such as photocopies or prints of favourite photos, gift wrap, ticket stubs, posters or flyers... anything that holds meaning and can be glued to a surface!
